Today the Android blog announced a “find my phone” feature that will be available for Android phones using Android 2.2 and above.

Android Find Phone

The find my phone feature is just one of apparently many tips Google’s introducing to help protect people in the online sphere.

The new Android Device Manager will help keep nefarious folks from accessing sensitive information. The ADM app will apparently be available later this month and will link to your Google account.

Of course, if you’re a Google Apps user, and you’ve linked your mobile devices, Android Device Manager’s already available.
